Provided curatorial services for the library's collection by doing the following activities: (1) analyzing, evaluating, and organizing the library's holdings for maximum effectiveness in research and reference; (2) accessions, arranging, describing, and processing book holdings according to local and professional standards; (3) exercising critical and independent judgment in assessing processing needs, in consultation with appropriate collection, preservation, and security managers of other divisions; (4) developing, recommending and documenting policies, procedures, and standards for management; (5) assessing processing procedures; making recommendations for and implements process improvement and procedural changes; and generating regular reports on processed and in-process holdings.
