2 Ability to provide audiovisual  production services.** Provided audiovisual production services and in doing so, performed the following tasks:1 produced and directed revisions to taped productions using pre-approved scripts, coordinated schedules with all participants, and arranged for the availability of the identified equipment, props and on-location sites 2 provided basic technical support for concerts, performances or other special events 3 held technical rehearsals for all performers 4 applied a wide range of production processes to basic productions and tasks including audiovisual transfers 5 determined the proper specifications for audiovisual transfers; 6 worked in the production of interviews 7 rehearsed participants, previewed scripts, directed recording continuity, supervised re-takes, and performed post-production work on such recordings and 8 worked in the post-production of recordings to produce final tailored programs, which meet or exceed industry production standards.

4 Ability to manage production of recordings.** Managed production of recordings and in doing so, performed the following tasks: 1) managed all pre-press production; 2) prepared accurate and concise specifications for the production of recording packages; 3) developed and maintained vendor and project computer databases; 4) developed content of and produced recordings; 5) identified the techniques and methods necessary to film, edit, and transfer photographs to video discs; 6) tested original images to determine color and format guidelines; and 7) maintained filming equipment and ensured that preventive maintenance and repair work were completed in a timely and complete fashion.

6 Ability to resolve production issues and problems.** Utilized skill in modifying or adapting standard practices and procedures to resolve technical or interpersonal difficulties that arise during production. This included:1) implementing processes, methodologies, personnel, equipment, and related requirements involved in planning and carrying out steps necessary to produce audiovisual productions, coordinate activities and make administrative and logistical arrangements; 2) providing basic technical support, including electronic playback of musical or vocal selections, electronically enhanced; 3) resolving problems that arise during the course of the production, such as improvising additional narration or camera shots when scripted directions appear inadequate for instructional purposes, or demonstrating action sequences to  professional performers to achieve a more natural appearance.
