Applicants applying for the GS-13 grade level must meet the following requirements: Have IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four competencies AND one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service as described below:

IT SPECIALIST COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is experience in IT Design, Development, and accessibility testing of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) hardware, software, and/or electronic content; experience applying the IT/contract acquisition lifecycle process as it pertains to managing and monitoring accessibility; using project management methods and techniques to monitor and control progress.
