This position provides administrative support to the District Manager (DM), the Associate District Manager (ADM), the District Leadership Team (DLT), Resource Advisory Council (RAC), the Public Affairs Officer (PAO), and the Administrative Officer (AO). Serves as personal assistant to the DM and the ADM on confidential matters and performs special project assignments. Gathers and compiles information, arranges meetings and materials and assists in preparing agendas and other meeting requirements. Reviews and drafts correspondence, maintains appointment calendars, and takes accurate and concise meeting minutes. Arranges travel for the DM, ADM and other staff, serves as timekeeper for assigned staff, and utilizes multiple software programs and printing equipment to prepare documents, meeting materials, spreadsheets, matrixes, brochures, posters, handouts, and other types of large and/or small format materials.
