The duties described below are at the full performance GS-11 grade level:
Using advanced knowledge and experience, independently lead or individually gather, analyze, and process information, to make defensible recommendations on a wide variety of complex and controversial lands and realty actions including rights-of-ways, communication sites, land acquisition and disposal, Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) actions, exchanges, permits, leases, withdrawals, and trespass.
Write opinions and recommendations using regulatory guidance such as judicial decisions, and Departmental and Bureau decisions. Collect, enter, update, and maintain data according to bureau and program standards while ensuring data quality and integrity. Interact with the public regarding realty matters on public lands.
